Question: How do i add music and lyrics to my youtube video?

I want to make a video and add the song baby by Justin Bieber on there but i dont know how to do it will u help me out step by step

Use windows movie maker, add the song in, make slides with the lyrics on them, then publish it as a movie file. Btw, your video wont get that many views And the song sucks.
