Question: What are the odds of being an icon in the entertainment business?

Big icons like beyonce, lady gaga, miley cyrus, jonas bros, lil wayne, paramore, linkin park etc i understand that millions of unrecognized talented ppl are competing to make it to the top, but what are the odds of actually getting there?

If you ask me, i think it's pretty tough...unless your tall and extremely beautiful. something tells me that physical appearance goes a LONG way nowadays...
