Movies have gone downhill, they are lazy these days. Music has gone downhill, they are also lazy these days. Entertainment as a whole may have also gone downhill these day, in my opinion. But I'd say Lady Gaga is a huge star right now - she's very controversial as well.

I agree entertainment today sucks all of it at least most and yes MJ is amazing never seen such amazing talent. Everytime I see a video of his concerts I am shocked in amazement.

Michael is not the biggest star in history. There are some people who hadn't heard of him before until his demise, not gonna lie. Brilliant entertainer, yes, but let's be realistic. I'd say Elvis, primarily because I have never met somebody who has not heard of him. Hafta Hafta: How am I an idiot? Michael may have been the most successful but just because Elvis isn't known in Africa doesn't mean that he isn't famous. To be perfectly honest, I doubt Michael is highly famous in the smaller, poorer countries in Africa. A whole continent can't 'not know someone'. That's general and brief.

I AGREE WITH YOU! Entertainment today SUCKS! I have never experienced to look forward to an artist releasing his/ her new album and singles, or what will happen next with that artist or the excitement about a growing star! I feel that if I lived in the 70's and 80's - I would've experienced that! Michael was that kind of entertainer! Peace! o_x
